design LOCATIONS

• Production typically takes 1-2 weeks; standard ground shipping is 1-5 business days.
• Be sure to let us know of an event date/deadline you have upon placing your order. 
• ALL physical product orders will automatically include a digital mock-up sent to the email provided on your order form within 1-3 business days. 

                              YOU MUST APPROVE MOCK UP for production to begin.

• Please be sure to triple-check spelling and design and don't be afraid to request changes. Once you approve the mock-up or proof, THERE'S NO CHANGING IT and your order will print as is and you will need to place a NEW order for any variations.
• When requesting a physical sample, standard production and shipping times apply to both the sample product; followed by the full production.
• Please note that production of your full order will not begin until you have approved the sample, in writing, via email. Simply reply "Approved."
• Digital files will be created based on the details provided on your order form.
• Be sure to triple-check your spelling/grammar before submitting.
• All Things Marty Jo will not recreate files due to misspellings/errors made before submission. 
• After order placement, please allow 1-3 business days for creation. You'll receive a PNG and PDF file to an email you provide.
• All proofs for requested digital art (available when indicated) are sent with a watermark to avoid duplication.
• Once payment is received, you will receive a clear PNG and PDF without the watermark for your use!
• Please inspect your proof carefully and feel free to request any changes. Once approved and payment is accepted, the order will be considered complete and you will need to place a NEW order for any variations.
